Meeting Services

The Meeting Services staff is available to assist with planning a meeting or activity for just a few people or for hundreds of guests. The Emory community offers a variety of space for all your needs. To best serve the Emory community, usage is limited to events sponsored by academic departments, administrative departments, and chartered or departmental sponsored student organizations.  Meeting Services reserves all Campus Life spaces (outside of Residence Life and Athletic) and all Campus Life and Emory College outdoor spaces.

The Meeting Services office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
