Publicize Your Event

There are a number of ways to publicize your event at the DUC! All of the spaces should be reserved through 25Live.

Art Grids: These are for use in the Coca-Cola Commons area of the DUC only.

Balloons: Balloons may be suspended from the banisters of the staircases leading to the Dining Terraces. Balloons are to be secured using ribbon or string only. No tape please. Each group is responsible for removal of balloons at the end of the day for which they are scheduled. Failure to do so may result in a custodial clean up fee.

Chalking: Chalking is only allowed on horizontal, ground surfaces, that are exposed to weather and foot traffic. Also, SPRAY CHALK IS NOT PERMITTED. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a clean up fee. Chalking may remain for 48 hours, after which another group will be allowed to chalk.

Cox Food Court Napkin Holders: Your advertisement must be 4.5” tall by 6.5” wide to fit into the napkin holders. Table tents are reserved for 7 days, beginning on a Friday. Please deliver 125 table tent inserts to the Foodcourt manager or cashier by 3 pm the Friday of your reservation. Emory Dining will place and remove your advertisements.

DUC Commons Table Tents: Your advertisement must be 6” tall by 4” wide. Table tents are reserved Friday through Thursday. Please deliver 70 table tent inserts to Meeting Services by noon the day before your reservation begins. We will place your advertisements in the table tents and will dispose of them at the end of your reservation.
